How long we keep information

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in our privacy policy. After the retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

1. Services and Goods (Including Delivery)

  • Names, Contact Details, Date of Birth: 7 years after customer relationship ends.

  • Payment Details: 6 years after transaction (for financial compliance).

  • Health Information (Dietary, Allergies): Deleted after service is completed.

  • Health & Safety Information: 7 years for legal/insurance purposes.

  • Website User Info (Cookies): 2 years.

  • Photos/Videos: 5 years unless used for long-term marketing.

  • Racial, Ethnic, Sexual Orientation Info: Retained as needed or until consent is withdrawn.

2. Marketing and Service Updates

  • Names, Contact Details, Addresses: Until consent is withdrawn or after 3 years of inactivity.

  • Marketing Preferences, Location, Website Info: 2 years or until consent withdrawal.

  • Photos/Videos (Marketing): 5 years.

  • Racial, Ethnic, Sexual Orientation Info: Until consent withdrawal.

3. Research/Archiving

  • Names, Contact Details, Addresses, Images: 5 years post-research or until consent is withdrawn.

  • Call/Website Data for Research: 3 years post-project.

  • Sensitive Data (Racial, Sexual Orientation): Retained for research duration or until consent withdrawal.

4. Queries, Complaints, Claims

  • Names, Contact, Address, Payment Details: 6 years after resolution.

  • Purchase/Service History, Recordings (Public/Staff Areas): 6 years (30 days for video/audio unless involved in a legal process).

  • Call Recordings, Witness Statements: 6 years after resolution.

Data Deletion: Upon reaching retention limits, data is securely deleted or anonymised. You can request early deletion anytime by contacting us.
